Xactimate estimate preparation and review, restoration protocol consulting, litigation support workups, and technical file review are regularly delivered fully remote — built from the file's photos, measurements, reports, and documentation.
Many engagements combine both: an on-site inspection to capture the evidence, then remote estimating, analysis, and reporting. The scope call determines what the assignment actually needs.

For deadline-driven matters, say so in the intake description: court-ordered and policy-deadline assignments are triaged first.
